Special Forces 2 Snugpak® Sleeping Bag

Special Forces 2 from company Snugpak is a tactical sleeping bag, that is made in the UK. At a first glance you will like two-way YKK centre zipper, which allows quick opening, for example when an unexpected event wakes you up and you need to act immediately. Moreover, these sleeping bags have no stitch-through construction to reduce the risk of cold spots.

Sleeping bag is available in different colours including Multicam. All of the variants (except of Multicam) are made from extra durable fabric Paratex Steelplate, which is also highly breathable, has great wicking properties, it is soft to touch as well as windproof and water repellent.  

Paratex Micro for army version

The Multicam version of this sleeping bag is made of fabric callled Paratex Micro. It is tough, lightweight, highly windproof and water repellent material. Paratex Micro is hard-wearing but still remains soft to the touch, which is an important feature, especiall with sleeping bags.

Lightweight yet breatable

The inner fabric of Special Forces 2 sleeping bag is called Paratex Light, which keeps the sleeping bag lightweight yet breathable. This fabric is able to wick moisture away from the source as well as it is also windproof and water repellent. For insulation is used Softie Premier, material for which Snugpak is well-known worldwide. It is washable and retains heat even when wet.
